She always went above and beyond at every opportunity - for example buying a birthday cake for one of the other guests. I felt that I could talk to her about anything and she always had great tips and recommendations for each area. I really appreciated that she never made us feel rushed but always made sure we were on time. It made some potentially stressful travel days a breeze!
