Yes, you can book a single room for an additional charge, subject to availability.

What are the age limits for the tour?

The tour is generally designed for travelers aged 18 to 59. However, flexible accommodations can be made for travelers outside this age range.

What if I need to cancel my tour?

The deposit amount is non-refundable, and it will be forfeited if you cancel.

Do you offer shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and back?

We do not provide airport transfers for our Peru tours; however, we recommend using airport taxis, which cost approximately $25-$30 and take about 20 minutes.

There was a hiccup at the beginning of the tour. There were 5 of us on the whole tour and we all booked thr hotel that was stated on three website. However, it was starting at a different hotel and we all emailed and told that we were emailed the week prior...no one received it. They'll the literary stated an eve mtg with dinner...that also didn't happen. BUT when we started the tour the local guide Daniel made it all worthwhile. He answered our questions, gave a nice history of Peru and its wonders. The local tour guides in Cusco (Boris) and Machu Picchu (Rodrigo) were very knowledgeable and great to work with. The hotels were excellent and the optional that were offered were fantastic. Machu Picchu was the highlight and the weather cooperated. I am still in awe of its beauty and history. Even with the start not being so great (site needs to be updated) the tour ended up being really good.

Our guide Daniel was awesome. Unfortunately what I booked and the actual tour were different. Our hotel was changed with no notice and since I arrived early, I booked the hotel we were told was where we were staying. It wasn't until my travel partner messaged that we found out we were at the wring hotel.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before January 12th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after January 12th, 2025, a minimum payment of $150 is required to confirm your booking with Travel Talk. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Travel Talk will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Travel Talk" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
