  not organized at all and for that reason the group miss to see one of the most important historical places .they just don’t got the tickets pass for the group. was pretty poor tourist. i don’t recommend it tour. i will never used company and i don’t recommended sorry 😢

  Our tour with VPT was excellent with a great itinerary and helpful, dedicated guides. Most importantly , our guides and drivers were excellent people, on our tour we had Ceci, Manuel, Inez, and Stephan, even in caes where our groups shrinked to the point it was only our family on the huge tour bud they showed us the same level of service and dedication. We would have appreciated doing without 2 bus / guide changes on our 10 day tour of Spain and Portugal but it makes sense it helps make possible the value for the money the tour from VPT provided. Many of the hotels included were luxurious but outside of city centers which made you have to depend on Ubers or Taxis for when you had free time in each city but in some of the smaller cities like Córdoba or Granada finding an Uber can be difficult.

  Some tour guide should have more training on good communication in english to organize the group and make sure we were in same page to tour the city.

  The groups were too large and the bus's were more cramped than seats on an airplane. Too often we were rushed so as to make the next destination. Maybe fewer stops and longer time at the places would be easier on the people. Remember, most tourists were people of retirement ages.

  Guide for the first 3 days couldn’t be bothered with helping us. NO ACTIVITIES OR MEAL except for a trip to Fatima. We were not allowed to walk around or eat there. Instead they took us to a “tourist trap away from town. With only one choice of cafeteria food. Hotel was average with average breakfast. The staff were awesome and very helpful. I was transferred to 3 different groups, which I never experienced before.not fun. The host was really good on the middle leg. But, on the first day, we were left for over 4 hours in a dangerously high heat. We were basically stranded and every single member was upset. Then we were taken to a very low rated hotel in a bad area with no pool, or bar or or anything. There were not a single restaurant or bar or shops in the area or even a park, etc. Everything was closed except for a small store where we could buy necessities. Dinner was terrible and breakfast was average. Next hotel was a resort by the water with excellent food, dinner and breakfast. Made up for the last one. On the third leg of being moved yet to another group, we were driven from Granada to an average hotel in with no pool or amenities in Valencia and were left on our own in a city we’ve never been to and only had a few hours!!! There was no tour of Valencia at all. But the bus stopped for 10 minutes before dropping us off at a spot so we can take pictures. No dinner either. It was a total waste of a day. The tour leader was very good. I left the tour in the morning in Valencia. I couldn’t wait to get off the tour. I ended up feeling totally exhausted. Every morning we were rushed to wake up early, have breakfast, pack and be ready by 8 or 8:30 to leave. Only to sit on the bus for long hours. And make stops for bathroom and lunch. This NOT WHAT I CALL A VACATION. At every hotel, we were put on lower levels with hardly any views. I’m not traveling in this style agai. So be aware.

  This review is kind of late as our trip was way back 9/30-10/5, 2022 but I just would like to express my appreciation to our two Tour guides, Maria, Begonia and the local city guides who were all very knowledgeable about the history of their country, and it’s culture. I also would like to thank our Driver who made sure that we all got safely to our destinations and made sure that everyone was back in the bus and no one left behind on each tour, they made sure everyone accounted for. My friends struggled a bit with communication due to the language barrier but Maria and Begonia and the other guides made sure that adequate translation in English was made after speaking in Spanish. Overall, the tour was great and hopefully we would have a chance to travel with VPT again.

  Seeing 9 places in 6 days was incredible! At some times tiring but well worth it. We had Thomas and he was fantastic! My friend and I were the youngest on the tour and were pretty much the only English speaking people. Despite the age and language barriers, we met some wonderful people and now have more reason to see more of the world and visit them. My only down point was staying one night in places meant we were not able to wash and couldn’t unpack. So be mindful of what you pack.

  The overall expirience was awesome. I already recommended your company to many of my people for I worked 25 years in the turism industry and was a President Sales Executive for the Marriott Vacation Club Int. andnow I'm a policy Advisor for the Government of my country.By the way Thomas was A#1. The only thing that I was very disappointed in was the internet on the bus was to cry for . No internet 90% of the time.
