Jack· March 7th, 2025I recently completed the 17 day NZ Adventure tour with Danny as my Group Leader, and I can honestly say it was one of the best places I have visited! Both the North and South Islands were incredible, but my highlights were staying in Lake Tekapo, hiking through Mount Cook / Hooker Valley, cruising through Milford Sound and exploring Queenstown, including a ride on a jet boats. We enjoyed many fun nights out and experienced some memorable karaoke sessions! Danny was an amazing Group Leader, always bringing the energy and ensured the group had the best time. He was very approachable, highly organised and a pleasure to be around, I know we will stay in touch. Thank you Danny and INTRO - I highly recommend this tour, especially if you are lucky enough to have Danny. - NPNicki· February 4th, 2025My second Intro trip, and another amazing experience with Tommy as our group leader and an absolutely fabulous group of people. I felt 17 days was just about the right amount of time needed to see all the highlights that the North and South islands have to offer. There was also the right amount of chill time vs activity time. There were plenty of optional activities to get involved in if you wanted (still can't believe I can tick a bungy jump off my list!), but there was also no pressure to do anything that you didn't fancy. The hostels were of a really good standard (special shout outs to the YHA in Taupo and Haka in Lake Tekapo). I really welcomed the itinerary change - I'm glad we got to experience Wellington (despite the long-ish travel day to get there) and Christchurch. Agree with Matt's previous review that I'd recommend getting to Auckland a day or two earlier with the itinerary change - even if it's just to have a day in Auckland CBD, climb up Mount Eden, or go over to Waiheke island.
