The guides were highly knowledgeable and friendly, especially Feras Al Rayan, our guide in Jordan. The man was like a walking encyclopaedia and I could have listened to him all day long! The hotels were exceptional except the Petra International which was unfortunately filthy. I would highly recommend TourRadar because they took care of me and that enabled me to have such a great time. I was amazed at the customer service both online and throughout the tour. Both men were exceptional. The drivers were also great. Fabulous drivers and very attentive and kind. The itinerary was also perfect, covering everything and more I could wish to see and do. I only wish I'd spent the extra money and upgraded the accommodation. The Seanet in Tel aviv was disgusting. Trip date: February 2023 - Jason· January 9th, 2023This was an amazing tour! All the sites on both the Israel and Jordan side were simply amazing! Both guides were extremely knowledgeable and were able to answer questions with great detail. Be ready for a lot of walking, especially Old Jerusalem and Petra. About 8km each day. I did get tired of the buffet lunches as they were expensive and not always that great. The hotels that were picked were okay. Sea Net was the worst. The border crossing wasn’t bad but did take a while, but this is to be expected. Overall, I would do this tour again if I was going to do it for the first time. This is a great tour which you will be able to see all highlights in Holly land. Crossing the border from Israel to Jordan took a long time, so I would say that was the only part that I did not enjoy. Also, you guys should probably let other people know that we are not allowed to cross the border with Menorahs as they will be confiscated. Apart from that, everything went really well.
