- Udo· March 31st, 2025**Dreamlike trip through Uzbekistan with Bavaria Fernreisen** From 13.03.25 to 24.03.25 we were able to experience an unforgettable trip to Uzbekistan with Bavaria Fernreisen. Even the first contact with the tour operator was extremely pleasant - all questions were answered in a friendly and competent manner. I was particularly pleased with the assistance with the seat reservation, which was very helpful for me with a height of 196 cm. The trip itself was an absolute dream! One of the main reasons for this was our outstanding tour guide Ruslan Sakeov. I have never experienced so much expertise, commitment and cordiality on my many long-distance trips. The hotels were all very good, the hotel in Tashkent even excellent. The means of transportation were also impressive - modern, well-maintained vehicles made for pleasant journeys. The train journeys were a special experience: by high-speed train to Samarkand, by regular train to Kokand and finally the spectacular return journey in luxurious minibuses over the 3,500 meter high mountain range back to Tashkent. An unexpected highlight was a visit to an opera performance in Tashkent, which was not even on the official program - a perfect end to this great trip. All in all: absolutely great! We will definitely be booking our next trip with Bavaria Fernreisen again.Show more
- Dal· February 19th, 2025The trip was well organized, hotels top, tour guide professional. The only drawback was the visit to a factory with opportunities to buy blankets and scarves made from cashmere/Alpaca wool. Great offers 4 scarves for 100€. Back home, after wearing the scarf twice, all the wool came loose Catastrophe, a blanket that was sent to us was dirty looked like feces deposits [mice or rats] one also ran back and forth between the antiques on the upper floor. I can't judge if all the scarves were that bad but ours can't be used. Perhaps a reorientation of the sales factories would make sense. The blanket was intended as a Christmas present, luckily I looked at it beforehand. Conclusion The trip was very interesting and we would recommend it to others, but we would advise against buying the cashmere scarves and blankets.Show more
- Anonymous· January 4th, 2025Our trip to India was one of the best experiences of our lives, and we have our exceptional tour guide, Anirudh, to thank for that. From the very beginning, he was a real gift: friendly, helpful, charming and always with a smile. He took time for each and every one of us, catered to our personal wishes and made sure that we felt completely comfortable and well looked after. The tour itself was a real adventure! From the majestic palaces in Jaipur, the ancient fortress in Jaisalmer, the colorful markets, the Taj Mahal in Agra to the Jantar Mantar in New Delhi, the largest sundial in the world, which works to an accuracy of two seconds. Arrival and departure always went smoothly and the overall organization was excellent. What disappointed me a little, however, was that Anirudh was not present in every hotel after check-in. This sometimes made it difficult to find an exchange or discuss certain issues over dinner. This was a shame as we really appreciated the personal contact. Despite this small drawback, Anirudh was the main reason why we decided to travel to India again. His professionalism, his passion for the country and his commitment to the travelers made this trip an unforgettable experience. We can only recommend anyone to book this trip and hope for a tour guide like Anirudh. India impressed us in many ways, but above all we will remember Anirudh's warm and personal service for a long time. We are already looking forward to our next trip to India - and to enjoying his excellent guidance again!Show more
