All the guides were wonderful and informative. The private transportation was absolutely worth the upgrade and we were happy with the excursions. The location of the hotel in Saigon (adora art hotel) was not the greatest as there was not a lot we could walk to. San premium hotel in Hanoi was fantastic as is was close to the old quarter and the train street. Hermes luxury cruise in Halong bay was truly 5 star and well worth the upgrade. Everything went very smooth. The only thing in Ho Chi Minh was the waiting at the airport for 5 hours. We finished the ChuChi tunnels tour and arrived at the airport 5 hours prior to our flight. I feel like we could have left the hotel a little later.
