- GGGeorg· January 20th, 2025Our tour guide Mohamed was great. We had a fantastic time on our Nile cruise with Holiday in Egypt, and that was to a large degree due to Mohamed. Mohamed is very knowledgeable about Egypt, he is a very good in explaining the history of these amazing monuments. We learned a lot from him. He is also a lot of fun and made us feel very welcome and safe on the tour. We were on a fairly tight schedule, and he managed to keep the whole group on track, without ever pressuring anyone. He went way out of his way to help us. We forgot a small bag on the bus after the end of the tour, and when we called Mohamed about it, he immediately arranged for a driver to find the bag and deliver it to us at the airport.Show more

Our tour guide, Mohammed Kamal, was professional and incredibly knowledgeable, stepping in seamlessly when our original guide had to leave due to a family emergency. He was attentive and organized, ensuring everything ran smoothly, from temple visits to meals. He got every detail down right and we were not waiting around for tours. The ship's rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was plentiful and diverse at every meal, with strong, excellent coffee available. We can’t wait to return if we have the chance! Avoid the Nubian village experience - it was very underwhelming. Avoid the Abu Simbel Tour and do it yourself before the tour if possible, preferably in the afternoon. Otherwise you'll just be rammed in with all the other tourists. They prepared us for all needed transportation, which makes the trip so comfortable. They reply so swiftly via WhatsApp communications. One thing I want the future travellers to be informed is that this tour doesn’t include the drink for the meals.(water is not free as well.) Rolando· January 4th, 2025We had a great time, and considering that we went at peak season between Christmas and New Years, it was perfect to see 9-10 sites in a very short amount of time. The logistics were consistently reliable and helpful as we faced delays with our flights. Our biggest concern was food and it turned out to be very good. It felts home cooked and good variety. None of us got sick and always had a decent amount of food and choice. Rooms were clean and very comfortable beds and pillows. Staff very friendly. Kamal was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about the sites. Highly recommend him. We really enjoyed our time Together with him. He was very solutions oriented as we ran into issues with our flights and that was very appreciated. Very pleasant. On the flip side I agree with some of the other comments. You are buying a seemingly cheap trip that quickly add on to nearly double the price once you add tips, entrances, and other tours. So I could highly advice to consider a total cost before booking. That said I still think it is good deal and I we loved it. Be mindful as well that you will wake up early regularly to visit sites. But this is well Balanced with the time you spend on the bus and navigation. So it is what it is. But don’t expect to sleep in any day.
