I consider that the not good thing is how the cruise is sold, it is not luxury, It is an old ship, with old facilities, the bathroom in the room was leaking water from the shower, regular food, nothing to do with a real cruise. We booked the Nile cruise trip with Holiday inn Egypt which was one of the best experiences that took us from Luxor to Aswan and then Abu Simbel. Always remember that having a good tour guide is the most important thing you should think of before you get there. I highly recommend Mohamed Kamal, an amazing person with great knowledge, attitude and hospitality who took us to show the best places in the city. We enjoyed and laughed every single minute of our trip with Mohamed kamal an honest and kind person who made our trip to a memorable trip ever specially when he surprised me by celebrating my birthday few times in different locations with different people. We always knew our itinerary ahead of time, our guide, Mohamed Kamal, was so friendly and knowledgeable. He kept things flexible and ensured we had ample time at the various venues, careful to focus on our desires and interests. Kamal is a proud Egyptian; he knows his heritage and took great pleasure in sharing and engaging with us making our time enjoyable and educational. The ship we were on was on the older side; however, the staff and service more than made up for that. Everyone on the ship was so friendly and accommodating. The food served at every single meal was EXCELLENT, laundry services were perfect and even the spa/massage services were all wonderful. Keep in mind there is NO WIFI SERVICE WHATSOEVER for the duration of the cruise!
