Basically everything was well organized and worked well, however, there is tremendous "potential for improvement". Here are my personal comments: - The daily trips took too long (return to the hotel always in the evening around 7 or 8 pm). It would have been nice if we had been back at the hotel at 4pm to be able to do something independently, or just enjoy the pool at the hotel. There was definitely not enough time for that. - There were some excursions that were not very intelligent. E.g. drive 1 hour to a point to see a sunset that lasted 5 minutes and then again 1 hour back to the hotel... there I sometimes felt I spent more time in the bus than anywhere else. - Hotels: It started great and then it went down from the quality more and more. Especially I find it a pity that we spent the beach days in the hotel in Benoa. That was definitely the worst hotel of all (breakfast was absolutely inedible). - Nusa Lembongan: This is such a beautiful island with great beaches and then they book us this hotel where you can't even get into the water (total shame!), breakfast was bad.... so here is also still a lot of air to the top. All in all, Bali is a great destination, but you can definitely make it much better from the round trip. I would fly there again, but without an organized trip.Show more
