Staff will be super aggressive with tips after the climb, and confront you if they feel it’s not enough! Our very high expectations were more than met: we were accompanied by a 4-person guide team and several porters, cooks and other helping hands. All were exceptionally competent, knew exactly what to do when. - Suzy· September 7th, 2022I took the 7 days safari with my sister and husband and it is unlike any other trip we have ever done together. I loved everything about this trip. Our guide was knowledgeable about all the many animals we saw on the trip, including birds. He was charming and caring which is important when you spend most of the days with him driving the jeep. The people at the hotel, camp and lodges that we stayed in were accommodating and friendly. They let us relax in the resorts after day excursions in the parks. Some of the key highlights are the first sighting of a leopard and rhinos, very close encounters with wild elephants, lions, cheetahs and zebras. I was shocked at how amazing the service was. As someone used to backpacking solo, it was a real treat to have porters and a chef. The price was very reasonable, the gear was well maintained, food was delicious, my dietary restrictions were accommodated, and they even carried a portability for us (which really was way too kind). 7 days was the perfect amount of time for the hike. Be warned, summit day is tough! I can honestly say, these guys have given us the best experience & memories ever! The whole team bent over backwards to make sure we were fully looked after & had a great chance to reach the summit! How the team operated & the cogs in the background spinning was seamless - everything ran perfectly. More importantly, we felt safe, cared for & everyone had a HUGE HUGE smile on their face!
