- AAlexander· April 30th, 2023Everything was perfect, from the time we were booked thru the end of our trip. We received constant communication from the Globus team on things to do prior to travel. We even received airline schedule changes (departure times and gate changes) much earlier than the communication we received from the airlines. We were greeted at the Charles de Gaulle airport by a Globus rep, dropped off at the Novotel Hotel in Paris where we met another Globus rep Molly who provided us with the much needed info on itineraries and tickets for next day tours as well as info on second leg of our trip (meeting time for the bus and train trip to London). Molly met us at the hotel lobby on date of departure from Paris and guided us all the way up to the border protection section and provided us with the info on what to do and where to go next after clearing thru the passport check station as well as which train coach to board. Upon arrival at London's train terminal, another Globus rep met us and brought us to the Millenium Gloucester Hotel where another Globus rep met us and checked us in (did not have to get in line at the hotel front desk). And furthermore, Globus reps are stationed at the hotel lobby everyday and available for any assistance we may need. We were picked up from the hotel lobby that same afternoon of the arrival date in London for the dinner cruise excursion we purchased from Globus which went well in spite of the rain. On departure date, we were picked up from the lobby and dropped off at the Heathrow terminal 3 for our flight back to the USA. In short, it was a stress-free vacation since everything was handled for us from beginning thru the end. We did not have to worry about time frames and where to go or what to do next, very helpful when you are in a foreign country.
