- ANancy· October 22nd, 2023I love the trip the hotels in each city was great enjoyed the half day walking tour in each city, getting our luggage to the train station by car/boat was nice, my only issue was the layover in London we had a 2 hour layover we barely made it to our connecting flight I think it should have been a 3 to 4 hour layover instead of 2 hours if our flight from Venice was 15 minutes late we would have missed our connection.Show moreTrip date: October 2023Review collected by Globus
- APamela· October 15th, 2023We had an amazing guide, who met us at the hotel when we arrived in Rome. She gave us all of the information that we needed, and also gave us a lot of great recommendations. She was there to answer questions and take us to the train, and let us know where we needed to be when. In Florence, we were met by a guy at the train station who took us to the hotel. She seemed a little unorganized and scattered. We were a little disappointed in the location of our hotel in Florence, because it wasn't in the city center and there wasn't much around us to do. The morning we met the guy to go to the train she was very unorganized, and did not have a very good plan. Our guide who met us in Venice was amazing! She spent time talking to us as a group and also as individual groups as to what our itinerary entailed.
