In Amsterdam, the vouchers and information provided were very barebones, and the vouchers did not include QR or barcodes, so many of the places did not know what to do with the vouchers. Eventually it all worked and they were all accepted, but it usually required a manager's approval. There wasn't very good communication between the representatives and guests, and the shuttle van was parked in a garage quite a walk from the terminal.
