When we responded with issues, he responded with recommendations. He made our arrangements and followed through when initially they could not be completed, and he explained the steps of how safari camp bookings were done. Every interaction with him was professional and he responded quickly to each issue and email. In the end, every detail was covered, we were prepared for all the steps and everything worked like clockwork.
