Several major issues arose: Unfriendly Responses to Complaints: The boss responded very rudely to our complaints, which were later completely ignored. Discrepancies in Hotel Standards: At least one hotel did not meet the promised standards. Poorly Planned Travel Stages: We had to spend an entire day in a car on a bumpy road, and the planned program couldn't be executed. Inconvenient End to the Trip: Instead of returning directly to Kathmandu, an additional night in Bhaktapur would have been more sensible.
