    My husband and I chose to spend our honeymoon bouncing around East Africa for a few weeks. When we first came across Gecko Adventures “The Ultimate Wildlife Experience” itinerary and saw the price tag, it seemed too good to be true. Now that we're back and we know it was, in fact, real, it STILL feels too good to be true! We cannot recommend this company highly enough, but I'll try.

    Jamboo! Tour was well organized and the trek very intensive and I mean this in the good sense. We had a very easy going trip and finally summit to Uhuru and felt we got everything out of trip, without a fully loaded program that’s not adjustable to your groups needs. I’m single mother and did the tour with 2 teenage kids - boy&girl. We all enjoyed the great guidance from Vitalis and Goodluck as our guides from Gecko Adventures.They helped take beautiful pictures and we laughed a lot in our hiking trails. It was wonderful! I would recommend this agency to anyone even my most critical friends!!

    I booked this KILIMANJARO TOUR last minute during a very busy period as the situation presented itself. Issa was very kind and helpful - fast & informative email exchange, all questions answered and doing some thinking for you. I love this kind of customer service :-) He was a major factor in booking with Gecko Adventures. Good decision, the trek was excellent, very well organized and the mountain crew & food surpassed expectations. I was also happy with the staff and our guide Joseph throughout. Overall I really recommend this company for excellent customer service and an amazing adventure we are all looking for when we come onto this website. Thanks! to Issa for making it all possible especially in the last minute.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before May 29th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 29th, 2025, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Gecko Adventure. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Gecko Adventure will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Gecko Adventure" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
