  Even though it was a semi-guided tour we felt very well taken care of from start to finish. The tour guides were always friendly and helpful. The people in the office were always making sure things got done and we were well taken care of. The tour company provided a 5 star experience but unfortunately I had physical limitations that prevented me from doing more of the options. That said the tour guides could not have been more accommodating. Thank you everyone involved for a great experience! Great job!

  It was certainly an amazing and wonderful tour and we enjoyed it very much! The tour was greatly organized and the tour plan was very well implemented. The tour organizers showed excellent capability of solving unexpected issue (transfer driver no show at EZE airport) very quickly and effectively. The tour guides and transfer drivers we met during the days showed great professionalism and kindness, in particular, we would like to send many thanks to two tour guides: Juliana (Buenos Aires) and Jim (Iguazu Falls). We really appreciate the time spent with them respectively! By taking the tour, we visited a number of very interesting and impressive historical and cultural spots, including globally well know places, in BA and Rio. We were really astonished and amazed by the splendid and magnificent Iguazu Falls. We also had opportunity to enjoy some local cuisine and wine/beers! All of these have made the tour unforgettable!

  We had such an amazing time on our fabulous vacation in Buenos Aires, Iguazu Falls and Rio ! I highly recommend this tour ! It was the perfect combination of city, jungle and beach vacation. Communication with Wanderful Holidays was top-notch. We always heard back very quickly whenever we asked a question with responses from Wendy M, Rose Amanda, Lily, Sam and others on the team. All the tour guides or drivers picked us up exactly at the indicated time. WhatsApp was used for communication and we were messaged a day in advance of each tour or transfer confirming the times and any details. We felt we were very well taken care of during this vacation. In Buenos Aires we stayed at NH Buenos Aires 9 de Julio which was beautiful with a rooftop pool and bar. Gisela was our tour guide for a combination walking, bus and subway tour. She had excellent knowledge having been a tour guide for 30 years and showed us many parts of the beautiful city. We used Uber often for getting around on our free days which was inexpensive and very convenient. We also paid for the optional dinner tango show at El Querandi which was outstanding ! It included a 3 course dinner and a bottle of wine for the table. Highly recommended! When we landed in Iguazu Falls we chose to take the optional Argentinian side of the Falls tour being picked up directly from the airport and driven to the Falls. Our personal guide was Jim (Jamil) who did such a wonderful job showing us the falls. The next day we toured the Brazilian side of the Falls. By comparison, the Argentinian side had more falls but more walkways in direct sunlight. The Brazilian side had a nicer view and more shaded walkways. I am glad we chose to do both sides. Those falls were stupendous! On the Brazilian side we ended with lunch and drinks at the restaurant with a view of the Falls. The Sanma Hotel resort was stunning, they greeted us with glasses of champagne ! Also loved their huge breakfast buffet. Next on to Rio, my main reason for booking this trip. Wow ! 😁 Such an unbelievably beautiful location with friendly people! We were told to be careful of our phones and purses before we arrived but we had no issues at all and felt very safe. We stayed at Arena Copacabana Hotel, a beautiful hotel near the center of Copacabana Beach with a rooftop pool and bar. Loved it ! Right along the beach there were many small beach bars and restaurants with live music or DJs, perfect ! We opted for the extra dinner and Samba show and went to an amazing rodizio restaurants with tons of rotating meat brought to our table as well as a great salad bar including seafood and pasta. We also found the Samba Ginga tropical show to be very entertaining. The next day our full day tour guide was Joriam who had many many years of experience and showed us Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf as well as other parts of the city, wow, so very impressive ! The "lunch" ended up being a meal at the end of the tour at 4PM which was probably late for some. We had a huge breakfast at our hotel so we were just starting to get hungry. We also found it amusing that the 4PM lunch was at the same restaurant we were at the night before for the rodizio meat. It was a very good restaurant so we were happy to be back again. I couldn't say more great things about this vacation, I absolutely loved it ! Felt sad to go home.

  My wife and I just recently completed a 10 day tour of South America, specifically Buenos Aires, Iguzu Falls and Rio De Janeiro through Tourradar. The tours were perfect and the guides provided were very knowlegable and highly professional. The trip was amazing and Tourradar provided tour guides that were extremely helpful and kept us informed and provided excellent communication throughout the trip. The entire process from planning to traveling was very exciting. This was our second trip with Tourradar and we are taking our thirst this summer. I love using Tourradar because of the combination of tours and our own time to see and do as we wish.

  Based on their very positive customer reviews, we booked tour "Brazil and Argentina with Iguazu Falls" from TourRadar & Wanderful Holidays LLC. We found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. My emails and WhatsApp were promptly responded to, and everyone showed up when they were supposed to. The charged for our 12 days trips for my family seemed like very good value. Excellent communications, outstanding drivers & guides with a great attitude, all together are very good customer supports. Specially, we had a delightful experience with agent Rose Amanda and travel teams. Professional, friendly drivers along clean, comfortable cars with excellent itinerary.   Everything was excellent, worth 5 stars, except one thing. About 2 weeks before our trip starts, you suggested us many options for tours and upgrades, etc. I purchased many of the options and very much satisfied. But paying extra 90USD for two 15kg check-in luggages was not acceptable. Because we found that 23kg check-in luggage

  Overall , our trip was excellent though there were several hiccups! Firstly, we missed our connecting flight from Sao Paolo to Rio due to delay of our flight from Iguazu to Sao Paolo. Probably, need to book clients with a little bit of gap between one flight to another in case of delay. Secondly, we waited for our guide in Rio that didn’t show up . They told us that the guide came for us then found out later that the guide never came for us because we were not on his list. WANDERFUL holiday was great to arrange for our pick up and connect us with the guide. In turn our guide Luis was kind and accommodating. We were even given a free drink to go with our lunch. At the end , we were happy and had a wonderful time! Thank you!!
