Self baggage handling was fine except in the case of a hotel without an elevator. Food not included was not a problem as there were many choices nearby the hotels. Scenery was spectacular. Bus driver was fabulous but I felt disappointed in Lake Louise as there were hundreds of people standing at the lake's edge and you couldn't get any decent photos.
