    One of my worst experiences with a travel agency! They requested my passport early to make all reservations however they didn’t request my driving license till we arrived and it was rejected by the car rental company which is fine but should be arranged earlier so I can make another plan! They also promised to refund me too but nothing yet! Also they changed one of the hotels while I was on my way! Poor arrangements and I don’t recommend it to be honest! I had to pay extra for transportation:)
