  We enjoyed the trip for the most part. The bus was not as luxurious as we hoped it would be. We were glad it was not a full tour as it would have been very crowded sitting side by side for hours at a time We thought there would be washroom facilities onboard. The WiFi was spotty, at best. All the tour guides were excellent. The hotels were very nice except for the one in Cordoba. The meal served was adequate but the atmosphere was not a 4 star. We changed buses twice which was an inconvenience but can only imagine the logistics of all the tours you offer. I would have preferred an English only speaking tour. At times, you were tired of listening to Spanish and Portuguese before they spoke in English. We saw some beautiful spots and the optional tours were great. I believe the Sintra tour should be part of the trip.

  1) we are like a package keeping in consolidated whenever convenient to the tour guide. For 10 days tour, we changed tour guide three times with 3 buses 2) Terrible tour guide. English is like an afterthought. No clear explanation on the daily activities 3) we missed most important sites on every city. It serves as a transfer and hotel package. Joining a tour with the hope that I do not need to get another tour. Wrong. I ends up google the city on the bus so that I know what they are talking about and what I can do there. 4) some hotels are okay and some are not. Receptionist were rude to all these package tour. After rushing off the bus, you then have to deal with luggage and long line in getting your room key. Rooms seem the worst that they can give you. Never again 4) no support. I saw people waiting in the hotel for 3 days just for the next tour arrives without activities. I saw people left in the hotel because the next guide not checking for her. Coordination is absence. Local tour guides argued in front of three groups for 45 minutes in deciding who take whom… I am planning my next tour and will avoid TourRadar at all costs.

  The first guide was very well in English, the other 2 guides were so so. Please have guide who can speak more English. Changing of buses was hassle and very disorganized. The food and the hotel were fine

  Oh my, where to begin! Bus driver, itinerary, hotels and meals were excellent as were city tour guides. The negative: we were the only English speaking tourists on 3 different buses with 3 different guides. The tour was run by VPT. We switched bus and guide in Caceres and again in Granada. Each of the three guides spent 90% of the time speaking Spanish. Two of the guides did not speak English well. We had difficulty understanding directions and the 2nd guide was annoyed every time we asked for further explanation. 3 buses and 3 guides were not what we signed up for and we felt we were just being shuffled from place to place.
