- Day 1 Arrival at Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel 1,350 meters.
- Day 2 Drive from Kathmandu to Chame (2,710 m/8,890 ft) 8-10 hours.
- Day 3 Trek to Pisang (3,115 m/10,200 ft) 4-5 hours.
- Day 4 Trek to Manang (3540 m/11,300ft) 6-7 hours.
- Day 5 Acclimatization day at Manang.
- Day 6 Trek from Manang to Tilicho Base Camp (4150m) 5-6 hours.
- Day 7 Hike to Tilicho Lake (4919m) & return to base camp & trek to Shree Kharka 7-8 hours.
- Day 8 Trek from Siri Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4500m) 7-8 hours.
