His formal education is in history and that was very apparent with his wealth of knowledge. The schedule for the tour was excellent and allowed us to experience a lot of sites in an efficient manner. Several times we were able to visit an attraction when very few people were there with the large tour buses showing up as we were leaving. The host is knowledgeable with history of the area and the best spot for pictures and was available for photos. All hotels are clean. Hotel in Zurich does not have room ac available during visit in May. Fans in rooms would be nice. Larger transportation was hot and had limited air flow in the back seat of the bus especially in the back corners. Loved the countryside and smaller towns most.
