    Unfortunately, it was disappointing due to the Travel Director's lack of professionalism and organizational skills. He blamed not having his tour box because it was sent somewhere else. He didn't accompany us on most excursions unless it was food related and he did not narrate or provide any commentary on the trip. He lacked knowledge, was unhelpful and did not work with the group to provide information. During our "No Dinner" welcome, at best sparse appetizers we didn't even introduce ourselves to our fellow travelers and blamed the company about dinner, though his name was on the email that said we would have a Welcome Dinner. He always had excuses for things instead of helpful encouragement.

    • For any tour departing before April 6th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 6th, 2025, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with Trafalgar. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Trafalgar will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
