Our airline had lost our luggage, and our guides were wonderfully accommodating and supportive not only helping us get it returned but also adapting the day so that we could return to the airport to pick it up. Nepal was absolutely incredible, and I would 100% recommend this trip - getting to see Kathmandu, Chitwan and Pokhara was amazing, seeing the different sides and cultural differences between each place meant that we were able to see everything Nepal has to offer. Additionally, getting to do the activities planned for us in Chitwan was such a great experience. If you're wanting to see all Nepal has to offer, this tour is perfect for you!Show more

I didn't realise that we were travelling between cities by public bus, although they were comfortable, but 2 of the trips were delayed 6-7 hours by landslides, which didn't make for a positive experience.Show more

Originally, it provides tourist bus transportation for intercity transfer and private vehicle for city tours. Knowing the road construction ongoing in some section of my routes, I took a flight upgrade to avoid the time loss. The guides assigned was fantastic and very knowledgeable. They really provide a great insight of Nepal and its history. Hotel Accommodation was also up to the mark with descent services and food. All three cities are different and give you diverse picture on the country. 2 days in each spot are enough for guided tours and free program. Hotels are nicely located. Bus transportation between the cities is longer than it shown so I'll suggest to book a flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu. We enjoyed every moment of our time spent in the trip. Guides were wonderful. Very organised and helpful. Communication with the staff members were excellent. Very quick response in replying. The only critiscism was the use of electric van to bring us from Kathmandu to Pokhara, we couldnt have much of the air conditioning in the van and we were very uncomfortable throughout the journey.
