    Disappointing tour. Poorly arranged with minimal communication from the organiser. We were given vouchers and train tickets and expected to travel independently. The one big day organised around Tuscany was in a 50+ group tour where we were expected to miss breakfast, and dropped off by a car with a “it’s somewhere around here” from the driver. We ended up leaving the tour a day earlier to travel and stay one hour away in Florence. Would not recommend this tour.
