Our driver Mohamed was excellent- attentive, engaged, available, flexible and very competent through a wide range of driving conditions and challenges. Local tour guides in Fez (excellent) and Marrakech (very good) added significantly to our experience. Camel trip in the desert was a lot of fun. Things to think about??? French - it’s very helpful to have some French.in Morocco. Be aware that some of the driving distances between towns are long (5+ hours). The Riads were very good except for the stay in Marrakesh, which was poorer quality and in an inaccessible location. The local tourist police intercepted, and escorted, on a walk from the main area of the Medina back to this Riad.Show more
