The level of attention detail by staff and quality of the overall service is unlike anywhere else in the world. They really know how to spoil you at every juncture. From our guide Seif who was ever smiling and and talented in guiding, to the top class accommodations and lovely parks filled with different animals. The time passed so quickly that we did not want the vacation to end. Yusuph helped us organize and book everything prior to our trip which made everything very easy. We are glad that the lodges and camps that we were booked in turned out to be better and more luxurious than we expected. The vehicle was in tip top condition and our guide Julius was excellent. The parks were also also filled with lots of animals, particularly Serengeti and Ngorongoro. These two were spectacular for game viewing. We really enjoyed the beauty and premier hospitality of Tanzania. Our guide Juma enhanced the safari greatly with his top guiding skills and charming personality. Each moment spent with him was great; he showed us so many different animals, different plants and lots of birds too. He also knew the best locations for picnics. Our trip also included a hot air balloon ride from our lodge - Serengeti Wild Camp which was incredible. There were hardly any hiccups worth mentioning, aside from the system failure at the Ngorongoro gate, which was not the fault of our organizer. They all worked had to give us an incredible experience but it was Marck our guide who went over and above to make our trip special. He speaks very good English, a great driver and an incredibly skilled guide. On the game drives we saw lots of different animals in their natural habitat and then we would retire to very excellent lodges. Thank you all for the treat of our live!Show more

From driving carefully through the parks to spotting so many different animals and beautiful scenery. From the exceptionally excellent guide, the luxurious lodges and camps, excellent food and wonderful game drives with Joseph it was all spectacular. We have Hamisi our tour designer to thank for everything because he worked all the activities so that they fitted seamlessly into each other. The parks are superb and pristine and we enjoyed having Said as our guide. It was obvious that he enjoys and truly loves what he does! His passion for conservation was contagious and he could not stop educating us about the parks, the animals we encountered and answering our numerous questions satisfactorily. The beauty of going on safari after the main season is that the parks are less crowded and we enjoyed the privacy a lot more. Our guide Yusuph was helpful and very friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed the experience in totality from the careful driving, interesting stories, answering all our questions as well as his warm personality. The selection of hotels and lodges was perfect. We enjoyed the excellent wining and dining in the luxurious facilities on the middle of jungle. I could not recommend this company more. They organized the best safari package for our family that was just awesome. Everything was perfect and it all flowed seamlessly from one park to the next. We had Musa who was an excellent driver and even a better guide. We saw giraffes, buffaloes, elephants, lions, wildebeest, zebras, monkeys, cheetahs, hippos, flamingos, jackals, vultures and so many other animals. We have been to a number of destinations in Africa and I must say that lodges and camps were awesome. Christmas at Ngorongoro Wildcamp is unforgettable because of the ambience, food, the room and the wonderful staff made it all awesome.
