Sheetal· May 18th, 2024The guides, the locations and transport were excellent but the 4 star Efe Boutique Hotel was more like a 2star. Total con! No toiletries, one nightstand, overhead shower didn’t work, sheets had holes, TV didn’t work. We had so many broken things and missing items. They moved us for day 2. The new room had as many issues! The water damaged doors, no toiletries, ripped sheets, the faucet leaked every use so we had to lay down towels the entire stay. The fridge light faced the bed and as it was a glass door, we had to cover it with towels to darken the room. The hotel gave us our meal free for compensation, that was a burger and a penne dish. The tour operator said he would not be using them again so I hope that he honors his word as this in no way could be considered a 4star.
