And the family of the house was very welcoming and fun! We attended the birthday of one of the kids and had dinner with them, like two locals! It was a beautiful experience.Show more
- Elisa· December 20th, 2024It was a great tour. Thanks to our tour guide Danny (Daddy). He is very polite. Always looks after you and makes sure you feel comfortable. He knows a lot about the historical background of Vietnam which was very interesting to listen to. I didn’t like the rainy weather in central Vietnam but I guess nobody can change the weather. :D Also the accommodation in Hanoi was kind of old, smelled bad und mold at the walls. I would not recommend to book this one again for a travel group. I would have liked to do more hiking and active stuff because I am a very sportactive person. In Ho Chi Minh there was a Gym in the Hotel which was perfect for using in the city. I loved HoiAn even if it was raining all day. Quiet a few people but now crowed like in the big city’s. The best part was the stay at a home stay. It was little cold at night but that’s alright. I loved the quiet time, going for a run, swimming, rice fields, playing cards and foot Minton with the travel group, going for a hike. Amazing. Easy life, happy life. :D In total, I have to say that it was a perfect mixture for only 12 days. I saw a bit of everything. Got to experience every type of weather. Got to see the landscape, the cities and farmer regions,…. VERY GOOD JOB.Show more
