We are 80 years old couple from London, Sam who dealt with our query & Booking made it as easy as he could in ensuring we got what we exactly wanted including seats with more legroom. - Irvin· February 10th, 2025"Wonderfulholidays" is well-named. From the booking date to the final day of the tour, the communication with the company staff team was excellent. We requested a change or two before the tour began and that was quickly accommodated. As well, a team member (I think Sam), alerted us to a great hotel deal which we were pleased to take advantage of... as for around $100 CAD total, our last 6 nights hotel stay were upgraded to ocean view... a steal. Barbara, with some support from Penny, was our main contact on the day-to-day communication and updates on drivers/guides, pickup times, etc., as well as following up on the day's events. An impressive accomplishment! An emergency contact number was also always live and that was indicative of the care and attention built into the tour planning. We had a "wonderful" stressfree experience with an obviously talented and competent team.Show more
