The hotel in Venice was awful outlet and lights didn't work their staff was rude and unaccomodating we couldn't use the pool on a hot day cause it was always closed thank God we only spent 1 day there with its filthy walls inside our room. - GMGil· June 22nd, 2023Our tour leader, Romeo, was impeccable, and personable. Made sure everyone felt well taken cared of, despite the busy schedule. The drivers were great, and very safe. Some more free time was needed for everyone to do their shopping. Food in most restaurants included were mediocre.
