  Overall the staff were helpful. The website and emails gave me all the information I needed. The only piece of information I didn't get was an ATTENTION statement to go to the actual operators site to get essential information that was never sent to me via the TourRadar site.

  I traveled with Intrepid to Peru and to Morocco, good trips. Recently I booked trips (2) to Portugal, they were late bookings which requred waiting 2 to 4 business days for Intrepid to check for open space. Received an email saying space was not available. A refund or a credit for future travel was my option. Two weeks later Intrepid site still shows 1 available space too Portugal. I've contacted Intrepid twice and they are willing to book me only to repeat the same scenario. I don't trust Intrepid's management.

  Wow! This was our first group tour and it well and truly exceeded our expectations. Our driver Mustafa was very good and always careful. Our tour guide Mohamed was fantastic, always looking after us in his quiet way and answering our questions in a very open and thorough manner. I loved the way local guides were used at most of our stops, thus using their specific knowledge of the area and also sharing our tourist dollars around.The amount of contact we had with local people and families was fabulous. We really felt a part of Morocco, learning about their culture, history, food and way of life on a daily basis. We cannot recommend this tour and Intrepid Tours highly enough! Just book it!!   The itinerary was perfect. It enabled us to really get close to many regions and many aspects of Moroccan life. Youssef was very attentive to our needs. He had a lovely unassuming manner. We were never hassled to buy anywhere. We loved getting to stay with a local family in an isolated mountain community. We also appreciated having tea and conversation with an itinerant Berber farmer in his tent. Will always carry special memories of this trip.

  The guide Abdoul was brilliant.He went out of his way to make sure we were happy.He was interesting and intelligent.He knew every aspect of the country.I can’t fault anything regarding the guide or the bus driver. The accommodation could have been better,particularly in the bigger cities.The rooms were very noisy.

  Our tour leader was excellent, thoughtful, and a very good/clear communicator (we always knew what time and where to meet). I think what would have made the trip a 5 instead of a 4 would be for the itinerary to have less ""bus time"".We spent the best parts of the day traveling by bus.I would have rather traveled more by night on the bus and have more of the beautiful day to explore the places more in depth.But overall, it's a very good trip that gave us a taste of everything Morocco has to offer.

  First time we have travelled and booked an Intrepid tour, we have used many others Exodus, Explorer, Journey Latin America, Imaginative Traveller, GAP and Dragoman. We are very familiar with this style of of tour. We have also been recently been using tailor made holidays, travelling alone (pair of us) and not with a group.
