  Overall, AMAZING trip to Turkey! Some of the communication was a little tricky; the domestic flights were not booked until the day before, and it wasn't always clear how the transfer would work. But they took care of everything. My coordinator even helped me get my preferred flight times where possible. They also managed to get me my hot air balloon ride on one of only two days where they took off, and the rate was significantly lower than what others paid. Definitely trust them!

  My husband and I recently took this tour and we were very happy with the trip. Here are some the highlights: . Trip schedule - it was well planned and executed by Umut. He communicated with us during the trip through whatsapp and responded to any questions promptly. . Tour guides - we had 2 private tour guides and 3 group guides. We were very happy with the 2 private tour guides Baha (Istanbul) and Bilal (Ephesus and Pamukkale ). They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. . Hotels - All the hotels were nice, located near the main attractions yet quiet. We especially liked the hotel in Kusadasi, the room had a great ocean view with a balcony. Also the cave hotel in Cappadocia was incredible. It was in a great location and our room was very beautiful. . Airport hotel transfers - All airport hotel transfers were private and the services were very good. The drivers were friendly and professional. The cars that they used were like limos, very spacious, clean, comfortable and well decorated inside. . Food - Every hotel provided free breakfast with many varieties. For every lunch, we were taken to a local restaurant and the food was very good. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone!

  It was well organized. Everything went smoothly in general. For the morning starting time, we had to ask what time the guide will be there and also ask for air tickets since we were on our own at the airports (Istanbul and Kayseri). The guide who accompanied us for 4 days from Kusadasi to Cappadocia seemed to be tired on the 4th day (from Antalia to Cappadocia) and didn't explain anything except when we were in Konya and when we asked questions about the region we were passing through. He was very good for the first three days. The driver for these 4 days was excellent. Though he had to drive long distances, he was always smiling and helpful. Very good manner. The guide for Cappadocia for 2 days, Farda, was really excellent. She was very knowledgeable and full of energy, attentive to our needs and compassionate. She even arranged a visit to a caravanserai on our way to the airport. (We missed one on the previous day on our way to Cappadocia). The guide for our last day in Istanbul, Ayse, was also excellent. She was efficient and explained in detail what we were visiting. This was our first trip to Turkey and everything exceeded our expectations. We have to visit again!

  Wow What an Amazing Trip. I was skeptical about the trip going in to Istanbul from Canada since we were close to 20 people scheduled to travel to 5 different cities in 10 days. The guide Umut , a big applause for him to plan every detail of the trip meticulously , making it easy for us to enjoy our travel. The Selection of Hotels were amazing and the places we visited were extraordinary. One Improvement could be on the food that was provided, eventhough it was high quality and tasty , after like a week i started craving for Indian food lol. May be there was an option to change cusines at some point during the trip. But overall great experience , big round of applause to Umut Krut
