His guidance and support changing our tour to fit our requirements. Throughout the holiday like your personal PA he was there to sort any problems, and reassure that everything was organised and going to plan. The holiday far exceeded our expectations, a lot to fit in but it went like clockwork, no fuss and no stress. If we had tried to organise this ourselves it wouldn't have been as professionally done. The hotels and transport were great, and all the tour reps along the way were very helpful.
