They figure out everything for you from flights, hotels, to tours. However, this isn’t a group trip where you stay with the same people the whole time. Every day is a group of new people and the airport transfers are by yourself. This is great for a family or a couple but not for a solo traveler if you want to make friends.Show more

- Mariam· December 15th, 2024In a nut shell, it was a very enjoyable tour - well planned with the guides doing all possible to make the tour memorable. Some areas that could be improved on are:- 1. Timeous advice & hotel arrangements to store bags: The stayover on the cruise boat at Halong Bay is just one night! The need to cart all our luggage is cumbersome. “Ask hotel to store bags overnight. Take a change of clothes & swimwear in your hand luggage,” would be good advice & not weighty for the tourist and the bag handlers at the destination. 2. The flight from Hanoi to Da Nang was changed 3X causing a very late arrival at the hotel (00.35) in Hoi An. It was exhausting! The airline or scheduling needs reconsideration as the experience was disturbingly annoying & unwelcome. 3. I loved the guides & their considerate behaviour & advice. All spoke an understandable English.
