  The trip was well planned out with easy to follow daily itineraries and Ri also had fun facts about the places we visited as well as recommendations for food, gifts and places of interest within the cities and countries we visited which were super handy. The professionalism and attention to detail was awesome. Ri also liked to get to know her travellers making us all feel like a family which made the experience just that much better.

  Rianna was honestly a blessing for this trip I was super nervous going into this trip on the other side of the world but Ri made it seem effortless taking off all the stress of travelling allowing us all to have fun every moment of the day! She made sure we had everything we needed from day sheets, food and activity recommendations, food to fit intolerances, ensuring we all get the bus and don’t lose our passport. I couldn’t say a bad word about her and her work and wouldn’t want to go on another trip without her. It was clear Rianna put in a lot of effort to organise and run this trip with everything going very smoothly. I would highly recommend having Ri as a tour manager to everyone I know!

  Rhi was simply incredible. I was hesitant to go on Contiki, but she made the trip worth it. She put so much effort into everything; whether it be making us daily itinerary’s, doing games on the bus, or helping us plan our free day. I am 31 and never considered doing another trip but would if she was our trip manager. I’ve also done others like top deck (even younger), and the experience was so different. She is a true asset to the company and I know everyone on our trip agrees.

  I recently returned from an amazing tour led by our incredible guide, Ri, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we set off, Ri's enthusiasm and passion for travel were infectious. She had a way of making everyone feel welcome, fostering a sense of camaraderie among the group that turned strangers into friends. Ri's extensive knowledge of each destination added depth to our experiences. Whether it was sharing fascinating stories about the history and culture or providing insider tips on the best local spots, she truly enhanced our journey. Her energy during activities was contagious, and she always ensured that everyone was included and having a great time. One of the highlights of the tour was how Ri organised spontaneous adventures, like a sunset picnic at a breathtaking viewpoint. Those little touches made the trip even more special and memorable. Overall, if you’re considering a tour, I highly recommend it, especially with Ri as your guide. Her warmth, expertise, and zest for life made this trip unforgettable!

  It was a really jam packed fortnight, but I wouldn’t have gotten close to seeing as many things in as much detail without it. I was exhausted by the end of it but really appreciated how Ri helped organise a cleaning day in the middle of it, kept me with clean enough undies. Bonded well with some of the other travellers especially my roommate! Ri also gave us advice about what to fill our days with, and made this google map things with all these different points of interest and things we could do in each of the city which really helped me fill out my free time.

  I recently had the pleasure of going on a contiki with the incredible trip manager Ri who made my travel experience the best I could have ever asked for. Ri listened to everyone, helped everyone fulfil their dreams and cared for everyone. Not only was she the best trip manager but she was also the best friend you could ask for, she got along with everyone and always put everyone in a good mood. I admire Ri’s organisation skills and appreciate the effort she put into my trip as it made it the best.

  Ri was an absolute star of a trip manager. No question went unanswered, no day unplanned, no hour unaccounted for and definitely no message left on read!! As fast paced as the itinerary was, we knew this was what we were signing up for with a short contiki trip covering so many countries. Ri’s organisation ensured everything ran as smoothly as possible!

  Ri made my trip so easy! Everything was planned for us and all we had to do was show up. Ri explains things very well and has great knowledge of the places we visited. I couldn’t fault Ri — she made my trip so amazing!

  What an incredible experience! From the locations, the accommodations, the add on and included experiences, it was a brilliant tour. What made it even better was our tour manager Rhi. I couldn’t speak more highly of her, she was never not smiling, her positivity was contagious! She was always calm and happy, full of fun facts and knowledge about the areas we went to, everything went smoothly along the way because of her. We had some difficult people in the group and she maintained professionalism and positivity the entire time. I watched her encourage people out of their shells, make friends everywhere we went and cannot picture a better ambassador for the company Contiki. She is the ultimate representation.
