Booked our first ever tour with Trafalgar, through Costco. Expected that it would be the first of very many. I will never consider Trafalgar again. Hideous customer service!!! First our trip was cancelled due to Covid - hey I get it - but no refund, just a voucher. Again, very unusual situation, so cut them some slack. Communication sucked, but rebooked for this year. A month out, Trafalgar emails me that they are cancelling just our trip date - for unexplained reasons. This time instead of a credit they say we can finally get a refund. So generous for this massive corporation that has now had my money for two years. HERE'S the kicker - they expect it to take THREE MONTHS to process my refund. WHAT??? I'm sorry, this is totally unacceptable. Used my money for two years and now need three MORE months to refund it. Oh, and if you want to talk to someone to check on your refund, count on 2 hours on hold. SEE YA. Group size (43) was much too big.
