- JTJeffrey· October 22nd, 2023This was the 1st. time to Morocco and in group travel. I found it a beautiful country, and felt safe the whole time. And yes it was a cultural shock, but I believe this is a good thing for one to take in. Saw many a varied things along the 10 day journey. Our guide was attentive, and to me a genuinely nice man who wants people to understand His Homeland. How one manages to please 15 different personalities in a confined space in a short time,,, well my hat is off to him. I went with the ebb and flow of things, and that way I enjoyed it more. - SKSibylle· April 5th, 2023This was a very enjoyable tour, we got to see a lot of southern Morocco. Our guide, Hassan, was perfect: well organised, friendly, informative and helpfull. There is a lot of driving however, but that can't be helped with such an itinerary. Fortunately, the roads are very good and we made regular short stops. Personally, seeing the Sahara desert was the highlight of my trip. The tour guide are locals and you can learn more about the cultures and the traditions of Marocco. - Liz· January 4th, 2020The tour was excellent on many levels. A lovely, small group (16) with a broad range of ages and backgrounds (both singles and couples). Our guide was fabulous and very knowledgeable for every location. The use of local guides and support people was also well incorporated in some locations. Highlights were most certainly the High Atlas Mountains and the Sahara Desert experience - both well managed and organised (not always easy with a diverse group). My only suggestion would be to review some of the accommodation which was very small and cramped for two strangers having to share in a few locations (especially when one person was sick for most of the trip). One other suggestion is re the tipping issue - not something Aussies understand well and this made the Australian and NZ people in the group feel awkward and under pressure at times - the cost of the tour should include ALL tips too.
