There were no problems with the itinerary (incl finding guides etc). The first guide was a little more engaged than the second. But otherwise there is nothing to complain about. We were able to communicate well with both of them in German. The customer service before the trip always responded quickly to all questions and provided the remaining documents approx. 2.5 weeks before departure.
