  A friend and I travelled to Morocco from Spain on September 4th until September 14th. From the very beginning I was looking forward to seeing Morocco and Moroccan Private tours did not disappoint!!! First of all, it was refreshing to have everything already worked out being that we came from Spain and I had mapped out the specific destinations (we literally did all kinds of transportation to get from place to place). So Moroccan private tours offering to take the burden of planning the trip off our hands what a God send. I really didn't think about using customization because I had really not done much research before hand about what i wanted to see, but the tour already designed was great!!! I would definitely like to try customizing the tour for next time. I love how this company is responsive, open, and personable with their customers. You are not just anybody to them and it made you feel even more at ease. I was very pleased with the hotels chosen everyone was so kind and warm. I can't get over Moroccan mannerisms completely different then any other country i have ever been to. I will definitely be returning in the coming years and when I do i will be using the same tour company. I am already recommending Moroccan Private tours to people. Now to talk about my favorite person..... Ismail!!!!! words are not enough to describe how wonderful he was during our tour. I have seen other tour guides and they compared nothing to him. I am completely impressed by his manner. He is patient, warm, kind, caring, considerate, need i go on?! yes..... Not only do I feel like I have known him for umpteen years because he is such a great person to talk to! You have a friend for life with Ismail. He taught me so much about Moroccan culture, about the natives of the land and some interesting historical events..... so many things that I didn't know about. He makes you feel at ease to be yourself. His calm and patient demeanor had me feeling super safe and taken care of. I have to give him HUGE props for: 1. Handling my friends phobia of cats with respect, understanding, and care. It was something my friend talked about often and she was so worried about. It was something like a shame for her, but Ismail handled this so graciously. Thanks to Ismail for being super wonderful about it and my friend was able to explore Morocco knowing he had her back. 2. Of all years to visit the Sahara desert in Morocco it rains for the first time in like 20 some years? Did I say rain? Oh yeh so much that the Sahara flooded. A beach was created before my eyes. Ismail exude so much professionalism with this natural disaster event. Not once was I concerned or felt in danger as streets flooded. He was a really good sport too about our strange sense of humor about the situation. The flood did impact our trip to an extent causing some delays but again everything was handled professionally. We got where we needed to be in a timely fashion. And yet it didn't seem bothersome or annoying because he is just great travel partner. We ate we had a place to stay and I even have a tea cup to remember the adventure! Ismail I can't thank you enough for really making our trip so memorable. Thank you for taking care of us like we were one of your own. Thank you for being such a wonderful person and friend. Thank you for dealing with my quirky self. I am really looking forward to my next trip! You're more than a guide... you are a wonderful travel companion.
