- ARachelBlanco· September 11th, 2023My husband, in-laws, and I, did a 15 day tour of Europe, visiting France, Switzerland, Italy, and Spain. It was a nonstop fun packed vacation, in which we visited many of these countries major monuments. France was the least pleasurable place we visited, due to our tour guide’s lack of communication and experience, along with the hotel accommodations. Also, we added the optional tour of the Vatican Museum Saint Peter’s Basilica, in which our tour guide kept us in the sun in 100 degree weather as she tediously explained all the things we would view. The buses that transported us were warm inside, regardless of the scorching temperatures outside. Blanca· September 28th, 2023The European tour was basically good, however there are few important things you need to know: 1. From your website I was under the impression that all buses were comfotable and had bathroom facilities on board. Buses were not comfortable for long trips. There was no WiFi on the bus, and the most important thing was that the toilet remained closed all the time. Like so may fellow passengers, my husband and I are in late sixties and is very difficult to wait for three or four hours to have access to a bathroom. Our first tour guide from Paris was very impatient everytime we asked for bathroom stops, or when we had to walk to different landmarks. Even leaving some people behind to find their own way if they couldn't keeep up with his pace. At the Ergife Hotel in Rome, my expensive walking shoes were stolen from the room even when a Do Not Disturb sign was left at the door. I file a complain at the front desk, but nothing was done. Be careful sending groups to that hotel. On the otther hand, Hotel Praga in Madrid was very good and Julianna in Madrid was by far the best tour guide, caring, always making sure that all of us were doing well. Another good thing to say about the trip is that the breakfast buffet were really good at all hotels.
