Sintia· October 21st, 2024It was very under pressure 2 hour for big cities like Cologne,Germany or Frankfort is not enough.We couldnt figure out how to manage our time to both eat food and see the city.I believe its more convenient to at least spend a day in big cities.At the end of the day we are in vacation not work trip.The best thing was convenient hotels with included breakfast and some included addmission tickets.Show more

There were a few occasions where the amount of time allotted to an activity was not long enough (ie. only an hour for dinner and exploring Vienna's wine region.) - LFLindsey· September 5th, 2024I booked the 9 day European Charm tour for my parents and I and we had a great time. Our tour guide Martin was absolutely amazing. We felt so cared for. Everything went pretty smoothly. I would highly recommend Martin as a tour guide. Just one small thing about the first day of the tour it was slightly confusing as we expected more info about meeting the group. There was more than one note put up in the hotel foyer so it was a bit confusing as to which tour guide we were to meet the next day but in the end it worked out. Also there was very little direction for the first day - only that there would be a message in the hotel foyer. Glad we didn't wait around all day for the note. We ended up taking the tram into Vienna and exploring on our own and had a great time. I had my birthday on the trip and Mariano went out of his way to make it special for me by purchasing gifts and eats and celebrating with all on the bus. That was very thoughtful. But unfortunately the roommate I am sharing the room wasn't the right fit for me - loud and inconsiderate, rude and disrespecting me with swearing words. The tour guide Javier was trying his best to make the situation more bearable, but unfortunately not everything was in his power in control. My travel agent and the I contacted the Europamundo for assistance, but seems that they were not very much interested to find a better solution than only offering me to book a single room. The whole attitude was : "We can't do much, and we really don't want to try to find a better solution". They even didn't try. I really felt physically sick and not getting the support from the company and not seeing any effort from their end makes me very uneasy to book again with them. I booked 3 tours with Europamundo and after the excitement of the first trip I was expecting a great experience for this one, which unfortunately didn't happen.
