Albert is not only personable, he truly cares about his entourage whom he calls us “Family”. He is very articulative, clear in all information and directions, and very funny too! I believed that everyone under his care had a lot fun, we learned a lot of the places that we visited and most importantly we all felt really safe with him guiding us. A 5 Stat tour guide - I will highly recommend anyone who plans to tour Europe, to ask for him as a guide - it will NoT go wrong! Trip date: April 2022 - CHCheng· April 16th, 2022Our first day with the local tour guide was quite messy as we were given the wrong meeting time initially, and the tour guide even left without us despite us being in time. Fortunately, the office immediately settled the issues but kind of odd for tour not to include transfer back to hotel on our second day and especially dangerous for us 2 girls in a foreign country. But the office decided to let us claim Taxi back to hotel which was a great safe. We joined the tour thinking that all transport were included in the package. We proceeded to join Maria and Albert in Italy, they were fantastic tour guides. However, half of the hotels we stayed were so old and rundown, one of it didn’t even have a functioning toilet despite us going to to the reception 2 times to inform of the issues. It was never fixed for us so we had to use public toilet near the reception. We couldn’t believe that it was a 4* hotel. The Hotels in some places were just average.
