A certain group of people were very inconsiderate to other passengers and particularly to our tour guides. They consistently pushed in lines and shoved people out of the way, At one point I was pushed over doing my shoe lace up, my mum was pushed back into her seat as they were always in a rush to be first or at the front. Abrupt and loud when our tour guide was giving us important information and always requesting Indian food. There were times they had actual tantrums on the rare occasions this particular cuisine was not available and taking it out on our guides who were clearly doing their best and doing a great job at accommodating the entire group. - ASilviaLara· June 26th, 2022In general we were very happy, the hotel in Ruen was really bad (curtains hanging down and felt so run down) but breakfast was ok We paid for extras that weren’t offered by the guide ( Tony) to the group(received quick refund 👍) Your local guides are amazing patient, informative & polite ) Driver 👍, Salvador was really good. Miguel very good and Tone was good, Tony gave very clear information about the places we were visiting , Angeles amazing, so friendly and calls us familia, makes the group feel integrated and happy, she is caring.
