- SASabah· July 26th, 2023Overall it was a great tour and I really loved the company Europamundo Pros: The guides Maia and Marina, were also fabulous, caring, and very organized!!! The bus drivers are so amazing and such hard workers (Joaquin from Barcelona to Zurich was a superstar!) This tour is really just an intro to each city, with free time to roam around. The days are long and we get to the hotels late and have to do it all again the next day. All the cities were breathtaking. The city tours of Barcelona and Florence were great! Cons: The hotel in Martigny and Ergife in Rome was not good at all and dingy. I would not go there again. The Venice walking tour was only 5 min and useless. Rome day was very hard and long as the bus did a pickup at 8 pm. Hotels are far from the center of town. The breakfast at the hotels was mediocre and no variety. The buses were clean, the tour guides were very nice and professional and the hotels were pretty good. Also the drivers were very polite and professional. The only negative thing I could mention was the route in some places that could have been canceled or altered. Morcote stop was not necessary and we spent more than an hour with a very long walk under the sun and a hot temperature reaching 40 degrees. We could have easily skipped this stop and head directly to Milano to have more time there. This was all the passengers comment not only mine. In fact, we could finish Lugano visit head the Mulano’s hotel and have our free time after to prevent spending our day in this heat. Our main tour guide, Gaby Golian, is the epitome of leadership. She not only guided our group safely to our destinations, but she also made us feel comfortable both physically and emotionally. She took everyone’s background and culture into consideration and also gave us helpful tips on how to maneuver throughout the cities whenever we had free time.
