- Pamela· April 4th, 2025The tour itinerary was excellent and I enjoyed it very much. The hotels were nice, clean and very safe. The buses and drivers were very good at their job. Max went above and beyond with his kindness and attentiveness, giving us a hand out of the bus when the step was a bit precarious. The tour guides were helpful and knowledgeable. I particularly enjoyed Orilli for her ready smile, her confidence, and good information. Beltran was also fabulous (even though he was the Spanish guide and I was English speaking. He was always ready to help and looking out for our best interests. Carmen Patricia was one of my English speaking guides, and though she was very friendly and upbeat, I felt I received more information and instructions from her Spanish counterpart, Beltran. The English speakers were often left confused about times and meeting places because of lack of information. Over all, I had a wonderful time seeing some amazing places in Italy and Sicily.Show more
