Ashley· April 7th, 2025Overall the guides were wonderful, friendly and very informative. It would have been nice if we could have included tours of places such as the Parthenon and the Panythenaic Stadium and Ancient Agora in Athens. It seemed that we were shown places from the outside for free but missed out on seeing them in more depth. Obviously we were on a timed schedule and a budget. If we want to visit those places we will need to visit again. The only complaint that I had was that we requested an additional night before our arrival that was confirmed and we were told it was reserved. A few days before when we received our schedule there was no mention of this extra night. When we queried it we were told sorry for the inconvenience but it's not available. This was not acceptable as I had booked 5 months in advance. When I protested I was given a price which I accepted. After 2 days of chasing up and less than 24 hours before we were due to arrive we were again told it was not available. How quickly does it take to make a phone call and check availability? I was able to book a hotel for myself in 15 minutes. This situation shouldn't happen again for another customer. Apart from this mishap before we arrived we had a wonderful time.Show more
