  This is the 3rd time i join a Europamundo tour. I had always enjoyed their tours and would give 5 stars for the experience. However, this trip only deserves 3 stars in my opinion and which i would elaborate further in other sections. Overall this trip gives a good overview of touristy places in Spain and Morocco, but only Lisbon is covered for Portugal. The Morocco segment is very good, an eye-opener for me. As with all Europamundo tours, there are a lot of changing groups with different tour groups joining in and leaving. The changes are well managed and no time was wasted because of this. There are days when long distance travels are necessary and Europamundo does a good job of breaking up the bus journeys to stop at one or two small places.

  Amazing 19day tour to Spain Morocco and Portugal. My friend Jenny and I loved it. The places we visited on this trip were amazing. Ok some some hotels and some food was average but I personally would complain MORE about some of the foreigners/travellers (on this tour) punctuality, attitude, disgusting manners and the way they treated all three of our guides way before I would complain about a room or food. My highlight was definitely seeing the Sarah Desert in Morocco. I would use Europamundo again. Thanks heaps to Ana Pedro and Abdel you were all very professional, well organised, passionate, caring and very charming people. Thanks for making a life time memory . Love Sandy X

  Great flexibility of tour. Good hotels, Value for money. Ana, our guide from Granada to Morocco to Sevilla was outstanding with her knowledge, assistance and guidance. Europamundo not well known in Aust- it should be. We had a great experience. Would recommend you exhibit at Aust rravel expos held in capital cities twice a year www.travelexpo.net.au. Happy to share feedback about combined global and Spanish speaking tours. Please contact using email at end of questionnaire. Not listed on questionnaire, but our guide Florence in Madrid was also very good.

  Overall we were very happy with the included excursions, the hotels and the guides. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience in Valencia when we were left behind without any resources to find our hotel. The guide had no name tag so we had trouble explaining who we were with. Also we had no phone or internet access and to rely on the help on strangers. When we finally got to meet up with the guide at the hotel she was totally blase about our ordeal.

  Very well organized . Sites well chosen Hotels and foods good level , breakfasts a little chaotic, but plenty.the regular guides professional , most of the local too Not enough personnel time for self to feel Certain sites ...

  THE 19 DAY TOUR OF SPAIN/MOROCCO/PORTUGAL transfer to hotel went well on day 1 there was no welcome meeting as shd’ve been arranged…nobody even comes and meets-n-greets us as a courtesy!...except for a notice on a stand with an a4 sheet of paper…. to meet down for the bus next morning. Barcelona tour was just upto 1 pm.!...hardly showed much in that period…told to be on our own upto 8 pm when the bus will pick up all to go back to the hotel!!....ok if the itinerary was halfday ok!....but then we shd’ve been brought back to our hotel!....not just left at the city center and told to make our way home!!....disgusting!! do u expect us to roam around for 7 hours for the bus to take us back!! When u say itsa halfday tour then u must pick us up and drop us to the hotel after the halfday!....those who wanted and opted to stay in the city center could stay and do whatever; but it was ur duty to bring us back to the hotel after the halffday tour!!....and not just leave us anywhere u want for us to to fend our way back by metros and buses!!....and that to with 2 children!! This is an escorted tour so we shd’ve been escorted back to our hotel!! A big and interesting city like Barcelona u people just give us a pathetic tour like this! The bus trip to Valencia was very nice incl. the walk-tour….but hey no proper seating arrangement was managed!....we, a family of 4adults and 2 children, were given 2 seats in the front, 2 at the right-back seat and the last 2 were given 1 seat each at different locations!!....as a family should u not provide ur seats that are next to ea. Other)...just as most couples were seating in the 2 seater space!!??...families like to be seated close to ea. Other or not??....would you have liked all 6 people in a family to be given seats all over the bus and not together!!??... ?!!!...(our’s is a family of six was known to you…. as the details were submitted at the onset itself! Now the hotel drop-off!....pathetic and outrageous!! We were dropped off on the middle of the road!!....right in front of the oncoming traffic!!!....the driver was taking out the bags from the bus on the center of the bus and we passenger were then dragging the same from the road-centeer to the kerbside!!....couldn’t u find a better hotel?....with a parking space for tourist buses?....u people don’t even know what u r booking!....hahve u seen what the hotel looks like?...seen what it has to offer?...just probably gone on the lowest dollar values!!....disgusting! And then the rooms….one this end and the other 2 that end of the hotel!!!...sshouldn’t a family be given rooms closeby/next to ea. Other!!... Buses….no consistent ‘europamundo’ buses!!....all buses should’ve been ‘europamundo’ buses and not ‘makeshift different- company’ ones!...only the Granada to port bus was good!...rest were not comfortable at all for long journeys as were in our programme!...our’s wasn’t a half or an hour-long hop on hop off or just local city buses’ tours!!...we were having 8 to 10 hrs of sitting on the bus per day!!...do u guys realise how stressful and strenuous this can be ?...no u don’t!!! look at the shape of the backs of seats!...7-1/2 inches of a straight portion and 3” or so curved wings on both sides!...do u realise how the curved portions must be pressing on our back when ur seated for 8/9 hours!!....a day!!...for 19 days!!!continuous!!..such discomfort and pain!!!...such stiff backs!!... useless … we used to apply pain-relieving cream daily!!....no soft cushioning too for the back and the curved areas!!...even the hour-long ferry ride was so comfortable!!....they had such perfect cushioned seats!!...go and hv a look what passenger service and comfort is if ur to take them on such long tours!!....useless!! And look at the handrests!!so damn hard n narrow!...cant u have padded ones that’ll give comfort the passengers on long-haul tours!!?? Is this what u offer ur customers paying thousands of dollars for ur’s and ur family’s living??.....so shameful!!!...no consideration to passenger comfort and well-being!!....useless!!! Believe it or not but I’m undergoing physio sessions for my back!! And what about wifi!!...i hv in writing that 30mb of surfing would be available per day and included in the tour!!...where was that? Bullshit!...there was no wifi at all!!...at all !!!..such cheats!!!..disgusting! Meals---apart from the daily bkfasts , during the first week in spain, no meals were on the agenda!...mostly all were crammed up in morocco!...why’s that?....is that cheap in morocco that’s why?....u r showing us highlights of spain and don’t even provide us a Spanish meal?... …. not even the so called n famous ‘paella’ and the so-very-famous Valencian orange juice?.. not that we didn’t have on our own…..but ur advertising Valencia is the birthplace of paella!!....and the best orange juice in the world!!...…and yet couldn’t have them in the meals’ agenda for the international tourists who are used to that?....thats such a shame on u!!! Also water!....in morocco there was no water provided with meals!...i can understand juice/or coke or Fanta or wine/spirits being charged separately!!....but u don’t serve a glass of water during meals to ur international tourists??...is this the culture u have to not even offer water to ur guests?!!..u ask them to pay for a glass of water?? Ir Moroccan culture was that way you people shd’ve known this and maybe charged us 10/15 dollars in the tour price at the onset itself!!...in lieu making us hold water bottles in our hand and go to the dining room!! So shameless!!!....ur guide karim was kind enough one time to give us water when asked about the system!!..karim guy was a nice one! just to continue with my experience i've sent 2 photos to TourRadar ( as i didnt know how to send it alongwith here; one is the seats provided by the ferry that were so comfortable and which she've been similar at least on our buses and the other one is the poor seats allocated to us for the flamingo show!....we pay so mch for the show and to receive such atrocious seating!! Madrid....we were taken around for half a day only!....that too just the retiro park...on grounds that there was a marathon in the city!....didn't u know that there's a marathon months ahead!!?? ....u could've taken us around in the afternoon/morning after the marathon got over....its only 2-1/2 hrs..the marathon! ....you couldve have deigned the tour accordingly in several ways to counter and avoid the marathon timing!!...but that wasn't done!...useless!!! WHATEVER UR OPERATIONS MAY SAY, MY REVIEW IS TRUE TO THE HILT!!!! IN NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES....NEVER EUROPAMUNDO!!!! EUROPAMUNDO IS OUT OF QUESTION FOR ME/FMLY/N/FRIENDS!!!

  Many places to see in short intervals. Very regimented schedule. It’s great to visit so many cities, towns, and villages. We enjoyed it. The thing we didn’t like was almost every time you use the restroom in Morocco, there was someone guarding it and you had to pay to use it. Kind of odd. If I have to see a tagine within the next 6 months, it will be to soon. Do not drink the water in Morocco. Do not eat salads washed with water. You should tell people this. Other than those couple things we really enjoyed it and met some fantastic people.
