  Rianna was an awesome trip manager for my European Trail tour. She answered any random questions we had and gave us heaps of information about the areas, history and options throughout the tour. Nothing went wrong and Rianna made sure we were happy and safe the whole time. I’d highly recommend her for anyone’s trip in future.

  Both Ri and Angel were absolutely incredible on the trip! Our trip manager Ri was so amazing! She always was so organised and on top of everything which made the trip run so smoothly and had so much interesting knowledge to share about all the amazing places we went. Her passion for not only the job but for ensuring travellers have an incredible time radiates off her and is infectious. Her care, joy and kindness was felt every day by the entire team and honestly could not have wished for a better trip manager. Angel was also an absolute gem on the road! He was always so efficient with driving and packing/unpacking the coach but was also such a kind and fun driver which made long coach days far more enjoyable! So grateful for both Rianna and Angel and all the hard work they have put into the trip!

  Riri was, in my honest opinion, the best contiki trip manager I could’ve ever asked for. Riri made the trip what it was, she helped us all get comfortable and make those deep and meaningful connections with each other, as well as offering constant support for anyone who needed it. On the trip I constantly looked up to Riri and her hard work. She was constantly on the move with lots of side quests going on behind the scenes, that I constantly found myself asking how she could do it all - whilst planning a trip for 50 hungover young adults. It was common for Riri to hang out with the group of girls I was close with, and we always had a blast. Riri made amazing connections where everybody’s valued her hard work and looked up to her for advice and as a guide, but she has such an amazing soul that you couldn’t NOT be friends with her. On the trip, I experienced some horrible food poisoning and couldn’t eat for almost 50 hours - Riri offered the best support I could’ve asked for. Helping me get medication, feel comfortable, and making sure I rested up and got food when I needed it. It’s tough being away from home while so sick at such a young age, especially without the support from your parents, and Riri made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Riri’s knowledge and experience made the trip what it was for me, and I would go on another contiki with her in a heartbeat. She always gives everyone her all and deserves the world

  Where do I even begin, I had Rianna Le as my Trip manager on the European Trail Contiki, 23 days 12 countries later made the most amazing friends for life and explored some incredible destinations with plenty of rich history included. I would highly recommend Rianna, not only as a Trip manager but also as a person! She is just the most beautiful soul and always has a big cheery smile on her face everyday! Very kind and makes you feel comfortable, with her problem solving skills and attention to detail, Rianna is just one of a kind. To add to this she is very knowledgeable with history and knows so much about each destination with the best recommendations and easy to read day sheets. There is only positive I could say about Rianna, definitely added to the trip experience. Would be very keen in doing a Trip with her again, maybe next year! Thank you #Contikiri

  Hello to the reader! Ri is the most amazing wonderful not only tour guide/ manager but human! She made my trip and the 50 others that I shared my travels with the most magical experience through Europe. I'm type one diabetic and this was not my first solo travel but my first international solo travel. My expectation was that I'd be on my own emotionally and mentally to navigate all things travel... boy was I wrong. Ri created a safe and supported environment that allowed me to enjoy every moment without concern, now that I'm writing this out... I'm not sure I've ever experiences that. I knew if anything went wrong she would have my back... but because of her impeccable organization absolutely NOTHING went wrong. 23 days and not a glitch in the trip. I got the privilege of sitting at the front of the coach... so I got to see first hand the hours that she poured into her work. She does everything with 100% effort, efficiency, and CREATIVITY! Seriously one of the most creative humans I've ever met... her brain works a mile a minute, constantly producing new and inventive ideas to better the world and her travellers experience. She created the cutest day-sheets that kept everyone on track, a Macarena dance video of all the stops along the way, an online photo album of group photos, and customized t-shirts and sweaters on a module trip (adding extra layers of complexity). Ri captured all the moments, offered to take our photos to ensure everyone had keep-sakes for their return home, she dropped the most memorable puns (always making us laugh, me probably the loudest), and kept us engaged at all times. She was a travel manger, a friend, a sister, and a mom, all while remaining professional. Whatever you needed she delivered. A listening ear, a hug, a laugh, you name it. Many of us worked tirelessly to participate in the trip we embarked on, I feel so blessed to have had Ri as my trip manager... I really truly cannot say enough good things about her. Without doubt she should be the winner of this competition. Even her plans for the winnings are rooted in empathy, kindness, and giving back. With all the love and hugs!!   Rianna completely exceeded my expectations of a trip manager. Being my first time on a trip like contiki she made the experience better than I could have imagined. She was always so organised in every aspect of the trip. She had so much knowledge of the places we were at and she was always on top of giving us an organised itinerary for each day.

  I had an incredible trip with Contiki. Our trip manager Rianna made my experience truly unforgettable not just for me but for everyone else. From start to finish Rianna was on top of everything. Her knowledge of every destination was on point, and had the best recommendations to visit or eat at during our free time. She truly handled everything with a smile. My trip wouldn’t have been the same without Riannas leadership, organization, and positive energy. I couldn’t ask for better Trip Manager.
